This paper explores the role of AI in enhancing decision-making capabilities, particularly in the context of business environments in Pakistan. We examine AI's application in various business functions, such as marketing, finance, supply chain management, and human resources. By utilizing data-driven insights and predictive analytics, AI enables organizations to make informed decisions faster and more accurately, improving overall efficiency and competitiveness. The article also discusses the challenges faced by Pakistani businesses in adopting AI technologies, including infrastructure limitations, skill shortages, and resistance to change.
