  1. Submission Fee: The submission fee is non-refundable. Once an article has been submitted and processed, the fee cannot be refunded, regardless of the outcome of the review process.
  2. Publication Fee: In case an article is accepted for publication, the publication fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of processing, reviewing, and publishing the article. Once the article has been accepted and the publication process has commenced, the fee cannot be refunded.
  3. Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made for any service (submission or publication fee), we will refund the excess amount promptly upon notification. Please ensure to provide adequate proof of the duplicate payment for processing.
  4. Technical Errors: In the event of technical errors resulting in overpayment or payment for services not rendered, we will investigate the issue promptly upon notification. If the error is verified, a refund will be issued for the excess amount.
  5. Quality Assurance: While we strive to maintain the highest standards in our processes, if you believe that the services provided do not meet your expectations or the standards outlined in our policies, please contact us with detailed feedback. We will review the matter thoroughly and, if necessary, provide appropriate compensation or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Cancellation Policy: Once payment has been made for any service, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that cancellation requests for services already rendered or in progress may not be eligible for a refund.
  7. Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team. Please include all relevant details, such as payment confirmation, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge your request promptly and initiate the refund process upon verification.
  8. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-14 business days. However, the actual timeline may vary depending on the payment method and banking processes involved.
